“no water, no electricity, no AC when AC room was booked. no fan, no window”

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel, with towels and soap provided. However, my stay was marred by the lack of basic amenities such as water, electricity, and air conditioning, despite booking an AC room. The absence of a fan and window in my room made it uncomfortable, and I was also required to produce a marriage certificate as a foreigner. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel with my family. The atmosphere was perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy quality time together. However, I did notice that the hotel's amenities could be improved upon, particularly in terms of the pool area, which was a bit underwhelming. Despite this, the staff's warm hospitality and the hotel's overall cleanliness made up for it, and we still had a wonderful time.

“It depends on your expectations”

My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. Initially, I was greeted by a sullen staff member, but things improved significantly after that. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to provide me with hot water and fix the electricity when it went out. However, the hotel's cleanliness was a major issue, with dirty conditions, animal droppings, and poor lighting. The lack of a kettle and the fact that the electricity went out in the first place were also frustrating.
