The hotel is gorgeous! We loved it a lot! Maria was very friendly and welcoming, and Mohammed offered a lot of help. Just staying there felt so comfortable. There was nothing wrong – everything was perfect!

The riad is a beautiful jewel box. The staff were super kind and managed to secure a ground‑floor room for my companion who needed accessibility, solving issues creatively. However, sound travels well in riads, so we could hear people checking in or out or speaking loudly, which wasn’t ideal. The room was also heavily scented – opening the internal windows helped, but anyone with scent sensitivity should mention this before arriving.

“Amazing”

The interior was very pretty and the rooms were spotless; even though we only stayed two nights, they cleaned our room after the first night. The staff were amazing—every single one of them. The location was great: stepping out into the Medina takes only 30 seconds, yet it’s also close to a car park, making entry and exit easy. The room was tiny, but that was my fault; it didn’t match the photos. If you want a spacious room, book one of the bigger ones.

“A wonderful experience for our first time in Fez.”

When we checked in, Miriam and Mohamed welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness. The room was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and quiet, and breakfast came with generous portions that were very good. I would definitely come back to this Riad. There was nothing we didn’t like.
