“متابعة واهتمام الموظفين وترحيبهم..”
The quiet and cleanliness earned a room upgrade, and the staff showed care for the guests. The hotel was closed; I was transferred to Ghand Beirut Habtour, which will also close after a while.

I was really impressed with the property, which exceeded my expectations in every way. However, it's worth noting that it's a bit of a trek from downtown.

I had a fantastic stay at the Habtoor Grand, thanks to the amazing staff, including Manewella, Sara, Hassan, and others. The room was comfortable, the size was great, and the terrace was lovely. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Beirut. However, it's worth noting that the hotel needs some renovation work, and the Habtoor Metropolitan Palace Hotel is actually a separate property that's not operated by the same management.

The staff here are a credit to the hotel - they're so friendly and welcoming, it feels like you're staying with family. The night manager even offered us a private coffee when we arrived, and the head of housekeeping was lovely too. I'd definitely come back and stay here again.
