The area around the hotel is packed with shops and seafood restaurants, and the island itself is pretty nice. My room was spotless and the air‑conditioner kept it pleasantly cool.

The location would have been great if the bay were still there; it was convenient to walk to Beach 1 and other spots, and the transfers for boat trips were very close. We were disappointed with the pool, which was awful, slimy, and foamy. Breakfast was minimal. In the evening a DJ played, but the music was far too loud and we were the only guests there.
