I liked that booking online was super convenient and the transaction was the easiest I’ve ever done. I didn’t appreciate that the hotel is listed on multiple booking sites and that you have to pay an extra fee to lock in a refund; I paid the security fee, then ran into unexpected problems right before my trip. Now they’re telling me I can’t get my refund back because they won’t accept third‑party bookings, and I’m not sure why I’m having trouble getting 100 % of the refund back onto my card – I need help with this right away.
