The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were courteous, yet I killed about eight tiny roaches—two in the kitchen area and the rest in the bathroom—noticeable even in the bathtub’s light globe, and when I reported it, the staff offered a room change that I declined, hoping I wouldn’t see more.
