The location is good. The property is poorly maintained, the bathroom sheets are subpar, the house was infested with bedbugs, we had two light outages, and the room smelled like sewage because the bathroom drain was back‑flowing.

The spot near the city center is ideal, and you can reach it quickly by bus. It’s very quiet and relaxing in the evenings.
