The location was good, the rides were exciting, kids’ care was friendly, and the balcony was perfect for sunbathing in swimwear. However, some guests grabbed food with their hands—tossing lettuce leaves back and forth and picking bread without gloves—making the kitchen look disgusting; I’d like better hygiene controls.

The kids enjoyed the facilities, but the coffee cups were never cleaned.

The resort was clean and the food was fine. The only minor issue was that the grocery store closed early, which was the only point of improvement.

After dropping off my luggage at the concierge, I could head out for other plans; every Korean and local staff greeted me warmly, especially the buffet floor 1 staff who frequently checked on supplies and smiled when we made eye contact. The room was spotless and right on the beach, with no rust; the bed was high‑quality and comfortable, and housekeeping kept the room clean daily. The best part was that every meal was served on site with top‑grade food, and I could enjoy unlimited beer, red wine, and white wine. Each day’s menu varied, and lunch on level 2 with a sea view was a real highlight. My 6‑year‑old missed the first two days of the kids’ college but enjoyed the third day, where teachers genuinely engaged the children. The variety of Korean dishes, daily on‑site meals, kids’ college, and candle‑making made the stay memorable, so I plan to return next year with my child. I regret not using the BBQ because I didn’t book it in advance; after seeing others enjoy it, I realized it was a must‑see event. I also want to try the coconut experience next time (I couldn’t book it because it was sold out; I recommend booking immediately upon check‑in). The water park was enjoyable; the slides took a few minutes, not an hour, and staff kept kids entertained with stories and jokes. Safety guides checked on children throughout the park and pool, and the beach and resort were easily accessible. There were two night pools and a great lagoon. Those sensitive to water might bring a shower filter from Korea; it made the water less sticky. The resort is pricier than others, but I felt the value matched the cost. I’ll visit again. The only downside was that early check‑in wasn’t available, so I couldn’t use the room right away; the staff kindly arranged a temporary spot for my child at the Pororo Kids Café. The phone number in the room guide for the front desk was missing; I had to walk to the front to ask. One of my two room keys didn’t work, so I had to use just one. After late checkout, the keys stopped working again; housekeeping said they lock automatically after 2 pm, which was inconvenient. I was assigned a middle floor room, but the air‑con noise from the unit in front was disruptive when I opened the door to relax.
