The family area is fully equipped for families with children, and the food is always fresh with a wide selection—fish, fruit, ice cream, salads, pizza, and more. A minibus to the beach runs every 10 minutes, though the distance is only 400 m. It’s very unpleasant when you’re still having lunch and the staff are sweeping and cleaning, so you can smell the cleaning chemicals. The beach wasn’t as beautiful as we had expected.

The food, cleanliness, Miniclub, and the amateurs were all great, and the animators did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained; big kudos to them. The toilets at the pools were not clean.

Dad was extremely friendly and everything was spotlessly clean. On my birthday afternoon the bed was beautifully decorated, and we even received a bottle of wine and a fruit plate – thanks again to the staff, I was really happy! The food was generous, had something for everyone, and tasted great. The hotel’s location is also excellent: the bazaar is across from the main entrance, and the back entrance is a 5‑minute walk to the beach, though there’s also a shuttle. The spa was great and priced very fairly. We were given a huge room with 2 bedrooms and 4 beds – amazing. The pools were all icy, so we only used the warm indoor pool. Unfortunately cocktails and ice were not all‑inclusive. The room was very noisy; a neighbour was shouting on the phone from 8:30 am to after 10 pm. After we complained a few days later, the reception handled it and said a word of warning. From then on mornings and late evenings were quiet – thanks again for that!
