The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was nice and convenient for a family holiday. The room key always failed to open the door, so we had to go to the front desk to change it.

I didn’t use the hotel facilities, so I can’t comment on those. The room faced an internal corridor.

The location was good. The staff were a bit unhelpful, the back entrance was locked (fire‑escape hazard), and bed linens were only changed if you specifically requested it. Towels were scratchy and thin, and you had to climb into the bathtub to shower.

The room was large, tidy, and comfortable. There was no tap for ablution, so we had to use the bathroom shower to perform wudu.
