The cottage is cute and simple with a private bathroom, just a 5‑minute walk from the natural pool; the price seemed a bit high for the spot, and the campsite itself is very Spartan.

“Simplesmente incrível...”

The place is amazing, quiet, breakfasts and lunches are impeccable, the staff are great, and the parking lot is convenient, but unfortunately the TV wasn’t working and the cabin was hot; a fan or air conditioning would have been fantastic.

“Nada higiénica.”

I booked a shelter (bachelor) in the campsite for four days, but during the entire stay the cabin never received a single cleaning—no floor, toilet, shower, waste bin, or bath‑towel was tended to; after asking staff on the first day why nothing was done, they told me I had to inform reception because of staff shortages, so I requested cleaning and towel changes for the next day, yet over the four days there was still no cleaning, no towel swap, and no waste removal despite my repeated requests, making the hygiene shockingly poor and the staff’s lack of responsibility unacceptable, an experience I will not repeat.

I stayed in a clean, comfortable cabin that was brand new and undamaged, and it was within walking distance of the natural pools. In the evening you can hear the goats mooing, and the Wi‑Fi router is right in the cabin. The only thing that could use improvement is the storage space.

“Super recomendable”

The room was the right size and had great facilities. There’s plenty of parking and it’s super close to the cookie pools and the volcanic vineyards. A mosquito net on the window would be appreciated because it gets very hot inside the bungalow in summer, and if you sleep with the window open, a lot of bugs come in.
