Just two blocks from the Varese beach access, the neighborhood felt lovely, quiet and safe. The house itself was pristine, the room comfy with Wi‑Fi, TV and a fan, the bed a perfect ten, and the fully equipped kitchen, balcony, patio, living and dining areas all very inviting. The real highlight was Alberto and Nancy, who always offered a kind word and the best tips. I only regret having to head back home so soon.

The location is spectacular, the room is huge and bright, with all the comforts and a great bathroom. But the real highlight was the hosts, Nancy and Albert—wonderful, super friendly, and attentive in every way. Their place is beautiful and they take great care of it!

I was really let down by this hotel - the room was tiny and in pretty bad shape, which wasn't what I saw in the pictures. To make matters worse, the owner was super rude and tried to rip me off. Not exactly what I'm looking for in a hotel.
