“Location”
The location was spot on—shopping, dining, and transport were all super convenient. The only downside was how quiet it was.

The place is well situated, but the building itself is a bit lacking.

I didn't like it at all. The curtains opened and I felt no privacy because they wouldn’t close properly with the draft blowing through; then at 12 am the door was locked with a padlock and I couldn’t get in, and when another family tried the same, they were also denied entry. We called but no one answered; the phone was left at reception and when someone finally appeared they said the room was being cleaned, so we were basically told to leave outside. If they don’t have enough staff, it’s not our fault that the hotel can’t stay open 24/7 and lock guests out while cleaning, exposing them to theft—terrible. I’ll never return and give it zero recommendation.

The location is strategic and the staff are attentive, but the facilities need modernization and you can't pay with a card.

The location is good, but the hotel feels very old.
