How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The boutique hotel was quiet and charming, situated in a great spot. However, breakfast was not included in the room rate and had to be paid à la carte, which felt steep given the nearby dining options; the quality didn’t justify the price. Staff service varied—some were excellent, but overall it was mediocre and could use improvement.

The resort is dreamy, quiet and visually stunning. The downside is that there’s no direct beach access and the gym is not included; you must pay extra and use the facility across the street.

The rooms are nice, spacious and offer plenty of privacy. The hotel itself looks great, but you’d expect a matching level of service for the price. It’s unacceptable when a waiter brings food to your table while visibly chewing a piece of bread. The next day, a different waiter will ask twice what you ordered. The hotel also has a weird rule that forbids bringing any food into the room—not even a gift of Thai treats bought at 7‑11; the reception will confiscate the entire purchase, ignoring that it’s a gift packed in a suitcase. It’s quite unpleasant to walk past the reception and feel watched for possibly bringing food. I understand it’s a hotel rule, but it’s really uncomfortable.

We loved everything—family suite with two bedrooms, a private pool, everything clean and stylishly designed. The location is unbeatable.
