Our stay was very disappointing: the sheets were dirty, stained, and full of hair. When we asked for a change, the staff just remade the bed, so we had to insist again and watch them put on fresh sheets to confirm the change. The laundry service was outrageously expensive, and our clothes returned stained and discoloured. At 7 a.m., someone knocked on our door to return the laundry and demanded immediate payment. The bathroom was mouldy, the hotel had a musty smell, and the rooms were poorly soundproofed, letting us hear everything next door. That was a minor issue compared with the overall experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.
