Everything was truly outstanding – the location, the omotenashi-quality of care by staff, the exceptional food, the sauna, and how welcome the kids were. Thank you for making this such a memorable stay. (Of course, the fabulous weather helped!) Almost everything was great. If there is one thing to note it's that even with the weak yen, and accounting for the fact that the food was exceptional, the stay was quite pricey. So, this remains, at least for us, a very special and only rarely available experience. But then again, everybody wants to pay less for more :-)
