The reception was very warm, and the staff gave great tips on places to visit and eat; the bed was large, firm, and the breakfast was beautifully presented; everything was present and the staff were very attentive, perfect. Nothing to add.

The room was fairly large and had a roofed area with beams. Breakfast was sufficient, and overall it was very clean. The bathroom, however, smelled strongly of urine, probably from the siphon, and the hotel is somewhat far from the city center.

After the fire at the gate, we evacuated on Friday, and our reservation was for Sunday. The night was paid, yet we received no compensation from the hotel, even though Booking had promised a goodwill gesture. I’m disappointed that no compensation was given; I don’t recommend Booking, though the hotel staff were friendly but couldn’t offer a refund without Booking’s agreement.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly people, early check‑in possible, third stay. It’s a bit farther from the city center and bicycles are stored outside on the premises, but that’s not a major concern.
