The hosts were very sweet and welcoming when we arrived. The room was comfortable, had a small kitchen, and the beds were quite good. The bathroom was lovely. I don’t have much to criticize.

“A cozy, freshly renovated house that enriches your experience in Borjomi.”

The room is simple yet very spacious, and it looked newly renovated, so it was clean and cozy. The Wi‑Fi was fast. When I booked I didn’t notice much, but there was a kitchen and fridge, which made the stay more comfortable and flexible. The owner, Marika, is very polite and kind. She walked me to the main street via a pedestrian path from the guesthouse and pointed out the supermarkets, restaurants, and main sights. My stay was short, so her guidance helped me quickly get familiar with the area. Thank you! The only downside was that I stayed just one night—I should have stayed a couple more days to fully enjoy Borjomi. It would be better if the bathroom had a shower curtain to keep the floor dry. Everything else was perfect for experiencing local life in Borjomi, and I hope breakfast service becomes available in the future.

The host was very friendly and helped with everything; the place is only about 260 m from the Rag'omi Museum and close to the center, and 1.5 km from Central Park, clean and quiet.
