I found my stay to be okay, meeting my basic expectations. The experience was fairly standard, with no major issues or standout features. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it.

I appreciated the spacious room, which provided a comfortable space to relax. However, I did find the location to be a bit tricky to get to, which was a drawback. Despite this, the room's size made up for the inconvenience to some extent.

“no transparency on charges, no active number for customer query”

My room was a pleasant surprise, with a good size and cleanliness that impressed me. The bed was well-arranged, and all the amenities, including TV and AC remotes, were conveniently placed on the bed. I also appreciated the clean bathroom and the thoughtful touches, such as the two small bottles of water. However, my experience with the booking process was marred by poor communication and a lack of transparency, which led to some frustrating moments, including an unexpected early check-in fee.

Unfortunately, my stay was a letdown due to the state of the room. The walls were dirty, and the paint was peeling off the cupboard. The room clearly needed maintenance, and the old, thin bedding didn't help. To top it off, the buckets in the washroom were dirty, which was a further disappointment.

“I will recommend this property to everyone”

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The property itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, giving me a sense of comfort and relaxation throughout my stay.
