The older building was very cool, and I liked the bar/lounge area. The only downside was that there was no hot tub.

Great location, nice welcome sangria, and the staff were very friendly. I had seen a few comments about homeless people hanging around, but we never saw any and felt perfectly safe even at night.

The room was very clean and the bed and bedding were supreme. The room could have used more light.

The spot is handy for city sights, but the price‑to‑quality ratio is terrible; paying 400€ for a night is far from worth it, and the room comfort and facilities are disappointing. The valet service is overpriced.

The place was spot‑on, and the staff were fantastic—Orion helped us open a bottle of wine and even offered water. Everyone was friendly, kind, and the service was excellent; we’d definitely return.
