The location, nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff. The bathroom maintenance could be better.

Simone was an incredible help to us! So helpful and nice. She helped us get the car to the garage. Our room was above the street. Ear plugs were provided. We were in a room right at the front door/reception. Very noisy at times. The bed was soft and the pillows were very comfortable. The sheets were clean. But we had asked for help communicating with the parking garage, which seemed to be a trouble for some of the staff. Not much English is spoken by staff. But this was a great value and location behind Piazza Plebischito. So this is a very busy area because all the cruise ship tour groups come through here. Seemed like a lot of pensioners stayed here. Convenient location to downtown via Toledo. Felt safe. Lavenderia nearby that was easy to use. Locals were friendly.

Nothing good. Everything was of terrible quality. The building is horrible, you enter through a collapsed gate amid trash, you have to climb stairs, and there is no reception—only open from 9 am to 1 pm. It’s a shoddy hostel.

The location is great for walking to most major attractions, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The balcony was a bit disappointing because it looked out onto a central alley and was surrounded by screens.
