There were no cushions or power outlets for the upper‑floor beds, and you had to walk through another room to reach the bathroom. The bathroom door couldn’t be closed (no latch!), and the beds were packed too tightly together, unlike the photos.

“Worst experience in a hotel claimed 3 stars”

The location was decent. I booked a twin room but was given a double for the first night, then switched again to a double without a washing basin on the second night. Both the handheld and overhead bath sprayers were faulty, shooting water sideways forcefully.

“Worst unpleasant experience”

There was no washing basin and the bathroom sprayers were broken. The kitchen was dirty, and the bedroom lacked an electric kettle and cups. The bed frame was poor, and there was no blanket – overall the facilities were very disappointing.

At reception, an unpleasant man tried to overcharge me far beyond the reservation amount. The service was bad, the place was dirty, and there was a strong odor.

The hostel wasn’t clean, and the bedsheets weren’t changed regularly. The kitchen area needs a lot of work and there weren’t enough utensils for guests to cook properly. Wi‑Fi would sometimes shut off abruptly, which was inconvenient, especially when we needed it; when we asked, the staff member got upset, making the situation uncomfortable. On the bright side, the staff, including the female staff members, were friendly and helpful, but overall cleanliness, kitchen facilities, and Wi‑Fi service need major improvement.
