The resort is huge and packed with activities for children, especially the new indoor water park and the Magique area where my two‑year‑old loved the playrooms, slides, and pools;
The place is really pretty and the park right next to it is fantastic – it was a relief to be so close to our hotel and stay at the Magique.
The staff were genuinely attentive and seemed focused on delivering good service, and the overall quality and variety of the meals matched the hotel’s solid facilities.

“Nice setting, but the menu needs more variety”
The place is really pretty and the park right next to it is fantastic – it was a relief to be so close to our hotel and stay at the Magique. The only let‑down was the food; the menu didn’t have many lean‑meat choices, mostly roast, lasagna, and empanadas, and we’d have liked ground meat available every day for the kids.
“Fantastic kids’ amenities, but front‑desk chaos”
The resort is huge and packed with activities for children, especially the new indoor water park and the Magique area where my two‑year‑old loved the playrooms, slides, and pools; the food was tasty and the staff, particularly Renan, were very attentive. However, both check‑in and check‑out were painfully slow with only three employees handling the whole hotel, endless paperwork, and long queues that left kids crying.
“Friendly staff, but drinks are overpriced”
Most of the employees were friendly, and the Magique hotel’s proximity to the park is a big plus – kids can go in every day without extra cost, unlike other places where you’d have to pay. The downside is the drink prices, which are absurdly high; a single soda costs about $13.50, which feels like a robbery.
“Checkout took forever”
Checking out was a nightmare – we ended up waiting about forty minutes in a line before we could finally leave.
“Attentive staff, minor room hiccups”
The staff were genuinely attentive and seemed focused on delivering good service, and the overall quality and variety of the meals matched the hotel’s solid facilities. I did run into a few issues with the room, but once I let them know, everything was sorted out quickly.
