I recently had a frustrating experience at this hotel where the staff denied my booking despite having paid half the amount upfront. They claimed not to have received the payment, which left me unable to stay at the hotel. I'm still waiting for a refund of the money I paid.

While the staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming, I encountered several issues during my stay. The lack of a restaurant meant I had to venture out for food after a long flight, which was inconvenient. The hotel's location was also a bit far from the main area, and I felt that the prices were too high for the basic amenities provided. To make matters worse, the photos on the website didn't accurately represent the hotel's facilities.
