“No lo recomiendo”

I wanted to stay in Coyoacán because I had a class nearby. When I arrived, there was no reception, no one asked my name, and I was given a different room than the one I booked. The bathroom was shared, and they even lowered the price. Whenever I tried to call, the phone never answered, and I couldn’t find anyone to ask for my original room. They didn’t issue a receipt. The curtains were decorative, letting you see everything from the common terrace. I chose to leave for another hotel.

“Not what they advertise”

nothing. they were not honest. La habitación que está en la foto no corresponde ni de lejos a la realidad. Dice que tiene $13\text{ m}^2$, pero no los tiene. Induce a pensar que cuenta con baño privado dentro de la habitación, pero no es así. El personal puede ser simpático, pero está formado por voluntarios que no tienen la más mínima formación para gestionar un alojamiento. La entrada es confusa y nunca quedaba claro cómo funcionaban las llaves. Por último, tiene un bar al fondo con bastante ruido. El precio no corresponde de ningún modo al de un hostal (que es lo que realmente es)

“Not suitable for a normal staying, maybe for 1 person but for a couple not at all.”

I stayed in a nice neighborhood, but that was about all there was. After 10 pm it got extremely noisy—people sounded like they were moving furniture around at 11 pm, almost midnight. The bathroom and bedsheets were not clean at all, and the sheets even smelled like freshly sprayed perfume.
