The property was immaculate, well‑maintained, and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The setting was family‑friendly, calm, and surrounded by nature. The shower scored 1000 points, with good pressure and hot water. Breakfast service was excellent; you order via WhatsApp when you wake up and it’s brought to your bedside with a lovely park view. The location was ideal because we rented a car (the property has a garage) and were close to everything, especially Geribá, the most beautiful beach in Búzios, and 40 minutes from Arraial do Cabo. Finally, the attention from Andre and Carlo was crucial; nothing would have been as perfect without them. They were very proactive, attentive to all needs, guiding and recommending, always smiling with great energy. No doubt, meeting them was the best part of our stay! The only improvement would be the mattress.

Everything was perfect; the place is beautiful, the people are super friendly, I loved meeting Andrea and her family, and I will definitely return.
What stood out was the location, the owners' education and kindness, and the very pretty garden. The bed wasn't comfortable, the TV was very small, and there was a noise—something with the acoustics—that kept me from relaxing.
