The rooms were spacious and clean, and the on‑site restaurant served decent food, though the host seemed overwhelmed, juggling many tables alone and occasionally coming across as abrupt. The property sits right next to a busy road, so nighttime traffic made it noisy; the rooms stayed hot, and opening the windows let in bugs, amplifying the road noise. A ceiling fan or a static fan would have helped, and the breakfast selection was limited.

During the two‑night stay there was no smile or sense of welcome, and the staff made inappropriate remarks such as “you triggered all my alarms” in a reproachful tone because accessing the breakfast area wasn’t obvious. I walked around the property to find the entrance, asked the owner how late I could have breakfast, and she replied curtly “what time?”. I said 9:30, and she answered “9:30? Really? We close at 10, so we don’t go beyond that!” The room faced a busy road, was very noisy, and the walls were thin, so I could hear the TV from the neighboring room. Both windows were wide open on the second night when I arrived, making the room cold. The breakfast was uninteresting and the products were low‑quality.
