Unfortunately, my room was a bit of a letdown. The air was stale and musty, and the air conditioning barely worked. The bathroom had no ventilation, which made it feel damp and unpleasant. It was a shame, because the location was great.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from everything. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which was a relief. However, it's not exactly a luxury hotel, and the decor's a bit dated.

We had a pretty frustrating experience with the air conditioning in our room. They only gave us one key card, which meant we couldn't keep the AC on when we left to eat dinner. By the time we got back, the room was sweltering - it was like walking into a sauna. It was especially annoying given the heat and humidity in Thailand. They should have at least cooled the room down before we arrived.

The hotel had some definite drawbacks, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The only real problem we had was with the deposit safe - it wasn't working, and when I tried to fix it by adding a fourth battery, it still didn't work. There were also some minor issues with the toilet and sink, like the toilet seat being misplaced and the sink drainage not having a lid. Still, the quiet atmosphere was a plus.
