The staff misled us—we booked a room with a balcony, but received a basement room with a wall blocking the window. When we asked, they claimed the deluxe rooms don’t have balconies, which contradicts the website and booking details.

The stay was short but pleasant. Akash at reception was very helpful, giving a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel’s proximity to Prince Chowk made everything easy to reach. I’d definitely return.
