Everything was fine. The location is great for long‑haul drivers. I liked everything, just wish the invoice had been issued immediately.

Breakfast wasn’t offered, which was disappointing. There was no staff on site at all; to check in you had to walk about 50 m to a car‑fuel station, where the attendant who also ran the cash register spoke neither German nor English, and we didn’t speak Czech either. A fellow customer helped translate. The hallway to the rooms smelled stale, and no housekeeping came during my stay. On the first floor, a bus stop was right outside my window. The bed had a hard mattress like a sandbag, and the blanket was heavy as lead. There was no chair or armchair, only a couple of plastic stools from a dollhouse, and the table was a nightmare. The TV only had Czech channels.

It’s located right beside the bus stop, has parking, and offers a free bonus of coffee with pancakes.

The staff responded quickly, and even though the hotel is under reconstruction, the quality of service and willingness to help were outstanding. The breakfast at the gas station was sweet and “Godly.” I didn’t find any negatives.
