An exceptional stay, a real 10/10! 🌟 I loved everything! Honestly, how can I say… it’s a genuine 10/10 in every way! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with immense warmth and kindness by the whole team at JAZ Casa Del Mar, which made our stay unforgettable. A big thank you especially to Mohamed at reception, always smiling, attentive, and taking care of us. Thanks also to Abdou and Mohamed at the bar, Mohamed, Kazim and Ali at the Asian restaurant, and Mika at breakfast. You have an outstanding, professional, smiling, and very human team! Because of you, we truly felt at home. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Mamsha, a strategic spot to enjoy Hurghada and its surroundings. The food is really very good, with a nice variety of choices. Contrary to some stereotypes, we ate very well throughout our stay! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The beach is beautiful and pleasant, perfect for enjoying the sea and relaxing. The evenings are wonderful! But beyond the facilities and services, what truly makes the difference is the human quality of the entire team. We leave with great memories and especially the desire to return! Thanks to the whole team at JAZ Casa Del Mar for this magnificent experience. You made our stay even more beautiful than expected.
