The spot was spot-on and the rooms were spotless and comfy, but when I tried to take a hot shower around 8 pm the water was only lukewarm, whereas in the morning it was hot.

The front desk told me the internet was down, wouldn’t accept my booking number or the receipt that proved I’d paid, and wouldn’t give me a refund. I suggested they keep my ID and debit card until the internet was back so I could sleep, but they refused. Not at all accommodating—worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Poor customer service.

The whole place had been completely renovated, the rooms look great and the staff are very friendly, so I’d definitely recommend staying here. I liked everything.
