“Buena estancia”
Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The hotel is pretty, elegant, and comfortable, with well‑maintained facilities and a calm atmosphere that lets you unwind after a day exploring Istanbul. The staff are the biggest highlight—friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which makes the stay especially enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel overall feels high quality and peaceful. I’d note the common areas and overall level of the facilities match what you’d expect from a property of this caliber. It’s a bit far from the city center, but that was fine for me because I wanted to escape the noise and find some quiet. All in all, I’d recommend this hotel for its comfort, tranquility, facilities, and especially the excellent staff. The main area for improvement was room cleanliness. In my case it didn’t meet the standard I’d expect from a five‑star Hyatt Regency—quite lax and clearly below the expected level. This is something the hotel should address closely, as it can significantly affect the overall perception of an otherwise very satisfying stay.
