The room was very large with a nice terrace overlooking the courtyard. There were plenty of parking spaces, and the large pool was a plus. The location was great, just a few minutes on foot to the Aeropoli city centre. Only one ceiling lamp worked; the others had no bulbs. A shower curtain would be useful, because after each shower the bathroom flooded.

The location and pool were fine, but breakfast was mediocre. Cleaning was poor: the pool was unclean and closed, no lounge chairs or umbrellas, water dripped from the ceiling and they just laid a rug instead of fixing it. We had to call for check‑in because we were left alone. In the room, the headboard was shabby, we had to cover it with a sheet, the duvet was folded in the wardrobe and was cold and stained, no extra pillows, dust everywhere, the tiny bathroom was barely usable, one light bulb was broken, and the shower door was missing or broken with no notice. The hair dryer was broken, there was no kettle or coffee machine – a suite should have these. The linens were dirty and yellowish. Breakfast was decent but offered no coffee or other drinks; the lady prepared it quietly and set the table. We do not recommend this place for any reason. We spent 200 euros on a superior studio that had nothing beyond the name.

The building is comfortable in the centre, aesthetically pleasing and the room is spacious. Cats everywhere 😻. Unfortunately, the assigned room had a shower without a box, no dish and no water barrier, so the water spread every time. The staff were aware of the issue and tried to accommodate us by giving us extra mops and rugs to “work around” the problem.

The room was large and well lit, just a short walk from the city centre (Areopoli is worth it). There is internal parking. We really liked it. Breakfast was plentiful and good, but we would have preferred it to be more “veggie”, maybe two oat flakes instead of toast with cheese and ham.
