The location, restaurants, amenities, large room, and staff were great, but the old saggy mattress was a downside.

Conforto, spa e café da manhã sensacional, nada más.

Transport was well organised and the service was good. Cleanliness was bad; I stayed here many times but this time the bathroom was full of hair and I even found a patient hand‑bunch in the room, which is not acceptable at all. When I informed the front desk they behaved as if I was asking why I even told them. I was shocked.
