The location is good. The contacts were insufficient – only two, close together, and they were far from the beds. The closet had no shelves, so there was nowhere to put suitcases, and on one of the two days they didn’t clean.

The reception lady is lovely, she did everything she could to let us in before check‑in and gave us all kinds of city information; the places she recommended for eating were fantastic.
I liked everything, but the place was infested with some unknown bugs that bit me at seven spots over two days, making me itch terribly—probably mosquitoes.
“Two days in Burgos”
I loved room no. 28, it sat at the back of the building and was very quiet. I also liked the location – it was very handy for the old town area. There was nothing I didn’t like.
It’s clean without any frills. The staff were very friendly, and it was convenient to drop off luggage in the room when getting a door‑bell service. I left comfortably from Burgos.
