“Buena ubicación, mala la comida”

The hotel itself is fine, the service is good and the staff friendly, and the rooms are ordinary but suitable for a night's sleep. The real issue is the buffet: it lacks variety, is very plain, and nothing makes it special; there is almost no child‑friendly food or protein options, with only one choice, mostly salads and fruit, and very little substantial food. Breakfast is similar—acceptable but could be a thousand times better. Both breakfast and dinner are only open for two hours; extending them by an hour would help, as people rush in because of the limited time or slow restocking. The pool is nice and comfortable, and the facilities are fine. There are only two elevators, and with the crowd one is missing, leading to queues that waste time. The hotel’s location isn’t bad because it’s close to the money, but the area isn’t very nice.

“Ok”

I was greeted warmly and politely, but when I asked if I could have a cup of coffee at the reception this morning, the staff member said no; later, when a taxi arrived, he said I could have one, even though it was late. Thanks.

It’s the second year we’re staying at this hotel. Breakfast and dinner are vast for all tastes and very close to the center. The quality‑price ratio is excellent, and we’ll definitely return. Nulla
