It’s cheaper than many hotels on Ibrahim Khalil Road. It has a good shuttle service and the room is spacious with a clean bathroom, plus regular housekeeping. My check‑in experience was extremely poor. We booked a four‑bedroom unit, and the check‑in rep made a big fuss when asked about four keys. He initially gave only two, and after a request he only gave a third with a king‑like attitude that made us feel like beggars. His name is Faris and he should improve. Being in ihram, I couldn’t shout at home, but he needs customer‑service training. Later he just waved a finger where to go; no bellman was provided to take luggage to the room, so we had to find the room ourselves. Until he understands customer care, he should be on other duties, otherwise he will ruin other people’s experiences. Later I went back to reception and spoke to Samira, another rep, who was more courteous, understanding, and immediately gave me the next key. Four people need four keys as they may not all be together at the same time.

Facilities, market and shuttle availability were good, and the receptionist was friendly, but the shuttle drop point was too far from Masjid al-Haram.

Housekeeping didn't do proper cleaning every day, forgot to clean the floor and didn't ask for shower gel.
