I was treated like a complete jerk by a hostile lady at the front desk. She argued that the price I paid didn’t include air‑conditioning, even though I showed her the receipt, then called me “satan” and used a homophobic slur while shouting that I should cancel and not post a public complaint.
“Não fui recepcionado na hospedagem fiquei no portão sem atendimento”
I showed up and nobody answered the door; I was left standing at the gate with no one to check me in.

The host (who I think also owns the place) was welcoming and the bed was surprisingly comfy, but the location is a dead‑end street swarming with mosquitoes, the fan in the room rattles nonstop, and the room was practically crawling with spiders.
