The only thing that was okay was the size of the room. The poor service made us not want to return. At check‑in we had to pay extra because we were staying two people in a double room?! After some negotiation we finally received the key. Then there was no bedding, just a blanket. We both died of the need to ask for sheets before we could sleep. And the sheets we got the second night didn’t even fit a double bed. This hotel is never meeting expectations!

The hotel is within walking distance of the train station. Because of its central location, the sights in the centre are within walking distance. The hotel was clean; I stayed in a family room that was large enough for four people. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The front desk staff were generally helpful and polite, and we had no problems with them. On the day we checked out, a water outage lasted for hours and no notice was given beforehand, so we left the hotel without a shower or the ability to meet basic personal needs. This unacceptable situation, especially on the day of departure, ruined our overall experience and we expected better communication and a proper solution.

The shower worked well, there was an elevator, and the room was cleaned properly. It was fairly spacious and had a luggage area. The only downside was that there was no shampoo, only liquid soap.
