The location was excellent, close to a bus stop and the Nampo metro station, and we also enjoyed great street food at BIFF Square and shopping at the nearby Lotte Mart/Mall. I wish each room had its own electric kettle; there is one downstairs, but having to go down every time for hot water is quite inconvenient.

The bathroom didn’t even have toilet paper supplied, and the bathtub was missing a plug so I couldn’t fill it. I knocked on the front desk but got no answer.

The spot is great, just a short walk to a couple of markets, and the room was tidy and comfy; checking in and out was smooth. The bed leans a bit to the right, making it feel like you’re sliding sideways when trying to sleep, and the bathtub isn’t properly sealed—pulling the plug lets water spill onto the floor, soaking any clothes or towels nearby.

The room was lovely, with a nice bath and modern amenities; the TV offered Netflix and YouTube, and new towels arrived daily. Nobody was at the front desk, but I rang from a local phone and someone from the hotel came right away to fix our issue, and they were great. It would help tourists reach staff faster, either by replying quicker on the app or providing a WhatsApp number.

Für mich war die Lage gut. Beim Check‑out war keiner da und es gab keine Hinweise dazu. Irgendwie gab es nur Handtücher und keine Duschtücher. Auf den ersten Blick war es sauber, aber unter dem Bett war nicht nur Schmutz, sondern schon eine eigene Müllhalde (Staub, leere Flaschen, volle Flaschen, Klamotten, Zigarettenüberreste, Zahnstocher, …). Im Bad waren an der Decke schwarze Flecken (Schimmel? 🤔).
