“Quite nice, but many flaws including overpricing”

- Beautiful setting - Close to Bellavista winery - Nice pool. - Staff is not well trained: at the restaurant I ordered a bottle of wine, which was served without allowing me to taste it first. Furthermore, the waiter had no idea about wines and their differences, he was not able to give ANY advice - At the reception there are some polite and some other quite rude members of staff. Overall I could imagine a better focus on the client’s attention - Our room (205) had a balcony and had an UGLY view on the parking lot, and worst of all it was close to a loud air conditioning compressor (central unit supplying the entire resort) that was making a LOT of noise - The main complain is about the price. For 900 eur a night I expect better than this

“NO WORKING AC, 3 STIFLING ROOMS, AVOID THIS RUNDOWN PROPERTY”

I couldn’t find any positives; the AC was broken even though the hotel promised it, the rooms were unbearably hot, and the staff shrugged off the issue, claiming the hotel was old and the systems were down.

“NO AIR CONDITIONING, DILAPIDATED PROPERTY, WORST RELAIS EVER”

There was nothing good to mention; none of the rooms had functioning AC (even the three best suites), the listing’s claims were false, the rooms swelled with heat, and the AC didn’t cool at all.
