The staff’s willingness to help was impressive and made my stay pleasant. The pool, however, seemed a little thoughtless – not a big deal since it’s not the main feature.

“Good location but you need your own car”

The location is very convenient with beautiful views, and the room was comfortable. The hotel arranged our sand bathing experience, which was super convenient. We were disappointed upon arrival to learn that, even as guests, we couldn’t have dinner in the hotel because it was fully booked; there was no warning that we needed to book ahead. Luckily we had our own car and found an excellent restaurant in town, but we had to drive since taxis were not readily available. Breakfast was entirely Japanese cuisine, which was undoubtedly very good but a challenge for Europeans.

“Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt”

The spot right on the sea and near the black beach was gorgeous, and the little onsen with an outdoor pool was lovely. The property isn’t brand‑new, but it’s well maintained. Honestly, nothing else to complain about, though the pool could use a bit more upkeep.

I liked that there was a pool, the location was good and the service was friendly. The bathroom and toilet in the room felt dated and the air‑conditioner remote was sluggish, though nothing was dirty.
