The hotel’s new, modern design is a plus, but its location is a drawback; if you’re heading to the stadium it’s ideal, yet traveling to town for sightseeing or meals requires a $30 round‑trip taxi.

The place was very clean and the staff were great, but getting around by public transport is inconvenient.

The rooms were clean, the Wi‑Fi worked well, and the staff were friendly, though occasional language barriers arose; breakfast was acceptable, yet the daily ordering process felt clunky and there were no airport transfers.

The restaurant could use improvement; breakfast was mediocre and often served late.

Modernity is impeccable, cleanliness is perfect, the staff are friendly, breakfast is very good (kudos to chefs Rehela and Sikujua). The room size is reasonable. The suites are very good. Security feels very present. Noise from a nearby school and houses behind the hotel is occasional. The bathroom cabins are too cramped. There is no shuttle service to Stone Town.
