The hotel staff and reception were very pleasant, always available and smiling. The oval tables in the restaurant were a downside.

The hotel sits in a spectacular high‑mountain setting while still offering first‑class facilities; the spa, breakfast, meals and staff were all outstanding. There really wasn’t much else to criticize.

Wonderful view, great surroundings, stylish ambience. For all electric‑car owners: the hotel has a charging station. It doesn’t charge 100 % because the return trip is 50 km downhill!
