Quentin gave us a warm welcome, was always available when we needed something, and his advice made getting around a breeze. Nothing else to complain about.

The location is spot‑on and both Quentin and Diana were super friendly, even sorting out a hike in the Paramo for us. The building is tidy, nicely decorated and feels well‑kept. The only hitch was the communal kitchen getting pretty cramped when several groups were using it at once.

The place couldn't be better situated – everything we wanted was just a short walk away. We ran into no issues at all.

Diana and Quentin made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spotless, bright, and even have a tiny patio, plus they're just steps from the central square. Quentin also shared loads of trail tips and restaurant suggestions, which was really useful.
