“Pathetic experience,Poor facilities”

This place is a total disaster - it's in a dirty, crowded area and the hotel itself is pretty much a nightmare. The rooms are tiny, the bathroom is cramped, and don't even get me started on the lack of basic facilities like a kettle for tea or coffee. They finally managed to scrounge one up, but no coffee or sugar to go with it. Breakfast was delayed, and the whole experience was just horrible. For the price they were charging, I expected way more - max I'd pay is 2000, not 4900+.

We had a great stay here - the room was clean, toiletries were provided, and the food was amazing, especially the paneer dishes. The only issue was the non-working wifi, but we didn't really mind. Breakfasts and dinners were our favorite part of the day, and the chef definitely deserves compliments.

The location was spot on, but that's about where the positives end. We were downgraded without warning or explanation, and the rooms we got were a letdown - one had a leaky AC and a cramped bathroom. Despite multiple calls for help, no one showed up to fix the issues. When we asked the manager to adjust the charges, his response was pretty ridiculous - "We won't take extra money from you" - like we were asking to pay more, not get a refund for the downgrade and inconvenience.

“Ok”

The staff here is really helpful and courteous, but that's about it - the hotel's got a lot of issues. The washroom needs an exhaust fan, and the noise from the busy street made it hard to sleep. Plus, there's no staircase for customers to reach the rooms, and the staff could use some training.
