Booked to break up my south‑north journey. Not too far from the Montemarciano motorway exit, but far enough to stay away from the chaos. That’s a definite plus in my opinion. The silence of the farmhouse envelops you and makes the stay truly relaxing. It feels like stepping back in time. I hope to stay longer next time. PROPRIETORS ARE WONDERFUL. They are incredibly friendly and genuinely entertained us with pleasant conversation, making us feel at home. We were pampered in every way, yet always discreetly. Because of the season we couldn’t use many services (the pool, for example, was closed), but I’m sure they become available, making the stay magnificent. EXCELLENT COOKING. We stopped for dinner and the portions were truly generous and everything was exquisite. The Italian breakfast was also great and varied with quality products. CLEANLINESS IS TEN. It’s hard to keep an old farmhouse in the countryside so clean. When they say “you could eat on the floor,” it’s not far from the truth. I wish the owners always have the place full because people like this truly deserve the best. Honestly, I’m disappointed that I’ll probably never find another spot like this again :-D
