The spot was great, but I couldn't shut the bathroom door, the floor heater had peeled off the wall, the towels smelled stale and felt hard, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls.

We ate breakfast at various spots around Bournemouth each morning and the location was fantastic, but that hill walk back from the beach nearly killed me in the 29‑degree heat 😂😂😂.

The beds were comfy, yet the room looked dirty with a filthy carpet, the last renovation seemed to be from the last century if it even happened, the shower tray drain was slightly clogged leaving ankle‑deep water, there was flaky roughcast, plaster, and paint everywhere, and the price for such quality was a joke—worth at most half of it, plus a bunch of other issues.

Everything was perfect and the staff were amazing; I’ll definitely book again.

The location was great, but the property was run down and in disrepair: holes in the walls were patched with just plaster, electricity sockets were hanging off the wall, the Wi‑Fi never worked, and when I reported it the response was unhelpful.
