How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The spot is great, the room was roomy, a lift was there, they gave us amenities and extra towels, water bottles were always on the ground floor, and the Wi‑Fi was solid. The only downside was that they only offered a hand towel, not a full body towel, and while the staff were friendly they didn’t speak any English, which made communication tough.

The location was good and convenient for getting around, close to my business destination and public transport was easy. I was shocked to find mold all over the tile seams in the bathroom, especially on a rainy day when the smell was strong; even a bleach spray should have cleared it up, so I wondered why they didn’t clean it.

The accommodation was very spacious, clean and modern, and there was free parking available without a reservation. The curtains didn’t block light well and the bedding was a bit uncomfortable; the hotel only provided one serving of ramen per room, which was disappointing since we were two people.

The bathroom fan didn’t work properly and the room we stayed in had a persistent smell like a child had vomited at the bathroom entrance, which was quite unpleasant.
